The leader reiterated that he did not resign and that the vacancy was declared irregularly: 'We must wait for the judge to rule and return to the presidency,' he stated, while strongly questioning sectors of the Board of Directors and speaking of internal betrayals. He also defended his management and assured his intention is to complete his term. Meanwhile, the Board of the Assembly of Representatives is proceeding with the organization of the institutional process due to the declared vacancy, although the entire schedule is now subject to a judicial resolution. With the Judiciary's intervention underway, San Lorenzo's immediate future remains open and awaits a key definition that could completely change the club's political landscape. If the court grants the injunction, the current institutional status would be voided and Moretti would return to his post. The legal filing is particularly relevant due to the timing, as an Extraordinary Assembly is scheduled for next Monday, December 22nd, to define the composition of an interim Board of Directors and set the date for early elections.
